Paying for College

You can use the FAFSA4caster to get an idea of your eligibility for federal student aid. That will give you a better overview of what your net cost will be.

When you’re ready to submit the FAFSA, the FAFSA4caster can transfer the information you supplied directly to the FAFSA on the Web application. That will speed up the process of applying for federal aid. You’ll need to update any information that has changed in the meantime.

You can ask the FAFSA4caster to send you a reminder to complete your FAFSA once your information has been transferred.

Remember to set up an account at https://fsaid.ed.gov/npas/index.htm so you can sign your FAFSA electronically and access your records in the Federal Student Aid system.
